# Resetting Power Ups

A reset (respec) removes **all** your Power Ups and gives every pick back, so you can spend them again.

## How to reset

1. Type `@rebirth`, press **Next**, choose **Reset Power Ups**.
2. The NPC shows the price of your next reset.
3. Choose **Reset**.
4. Chat shows: `Your power-ups have been reset. All picks are available again.`

## Price

The price goes up with each reset you have ever done on that character:

| Reset                   | Price                          |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------ |
| 1st                     | **Free**                       |
| 2nd                     | **50,000** Rebirth Points      |
| 3rd                     | **100,000** Rebirth Points     |
| 4th and every one after | **5x Donation Ticket** (no RP) |

The count never goes back down, and it is per character.

## Good to know

* **Bought picks are kept.** Picks you bought with RP stay yours after a reset, because you paid for the slot, not for what was in it.
* Your Tier, RP balance and rebirth counts are not touched.
* You cannot reset if you own no Power Ups: *"You have no power-ups to reset."*
* The same state rules as rebirthing apply: no cart, falcon or mount, no open trade, shop, storage or chat room, and you must be alive.
* If you cannot pay, the NPC says *"You cannot afford that."* and nothing changes.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://wiki.yami-ro.net/server-features/rebirth-system/resetting-power-ups.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
